Nita Strauss Throws Down With New Track ‘Dead Inside.’ Featuring David Draiman.

Nita Strauss, of ‘The Iron Maidens’ and Alice Cooper’s band, has dropped a totally kick ass solo track. ‘Dead Inside’ hits the power metal groove sweet spot. Delivering on the heavy goods. Plus, having Disturbed vocalist David Draiman contributing takes the track into the stratosphere.

In the pocket, with a Nu Metal aggression. ‘Dead Inside’ is a hell of a debut single. Not only does it possess a timeless, heavy groove. There’s also the signature Nita Strauss technical skill. Combined with passion, feel and a playfulness that’s really needed in hard rock and metal. The chemistry between Strauss and Draiman in the music video is toxic. The playfulness between the two creates a chemistry that elevates the song to the right levels of fun. It’s a banger from top to bottom.

The guitar solo, is of course, unreal. The feel mixed with technical ability in nearly unmatched. Combine that with the tight, metal image that’s projectected and you’ve got an undeniable recipe that’s out of the park. This is the kind of track that’s going to bring heavy music back to the mainstream masses. Fun, heavy and catchy. With just a pinch of modern electronic music. But not too much. This is a great opening single to what’s hopefully a top to bottom, slammin’ album.
